授業概要
Course overview
1)The molecular mechanisms of stem cell and stromal cell interaction is investigated related to hypoxic environment. Based on the knowledge, basic research for regenerative medicine will be developed toward cell therapy in the future.
2)The molecular mechanisms of cancer initiating ceells and tumor vascularization is investigated under hypoxic conditions.

1. To be able to give a presentation about own research objectives, methods, results, and future directions. 2. To be able to explain originality and creativity of research project. 3. To be able to accept criticisms from other participants to improve your own research project. 4. To be able to understand the presentations of other speakers, and provide constructive criticism.
5. To be able to design and perform in vitro experiments of recombinant DNA according to the Act concerning recombinant DNA experiment. 6. To be able to design and perform the animal experiments according to the bioethical rule.
1. To be able to find and select the appropriate original article from major scientific journals by using on line searching system. 2. To be able to read and understand the contents of the article, prepare document for the presentation, review the findings of the article within a limited time period. 3. To be able to understand the explanation of the presenter, ask question, and have discussion about significance of the article or problems to be solved.  4. To be able to value the importance and scientific position of the selected article in the related research field. 1.
