最新の臨床研究の水準を理解するために、英文原著論文・総説を読み、その内容を説明できるようにする。臨床現場で得た研究のシーズにその論文検討で得た成果を当てはめ、自らの研究テーマにどう役立てるかを明らかにできるようにする。 | To obtain the fundamental knowledge required to conduct clinical studies, students will read original research and review papers and become proficient in explaining their contents. In addition, students will learn how to apply such knowledge to their own research theme. |

Evidence-based medicineと臨床研究との関係、自らの研究分野の世界の動向、臨床研究に おけるバイアス、臨床研究のデザイン法、臨床研究および関連する研究の倫理指針、患者検 体を用いた基礎的研究を行うために必要な臨床的な手続き等に関する日常の討論内容の評 価に基づいて、研究指導教員が学期毎の仮評価を行う。また、中間研究報告書による年度 末の総合評価を行う。 学位論文のテーマが前向き介入臨床研究の場合には、臨床研究計画書の内容と臨床研究 の進捗状況を討論させ、研究指導教員が学期毎の仮評価を行い、中間研究報告書による年 度末の総合評価を行う。 研究指導教員の指導に従い、目標を大旨達成できれば合格（C 以上）と判断する。学生 自身の実力で目標の達成ができるようになったと判断されればB 以上と判断する。独立し て優れた研究を推進する知識と実行力が備わったと判断されればA と判断する。 | The supervisor evaluates the students temporarily by understanding level, progress and publication of research outcomes after each semester and overall by the progress report of the research at the end of academic year. When students selected the interventional prospective clinical study as the PhD research, the supervisor evaluates the students temporarily by discussion on contents of research plan and progress of clinical studies after each semester and overall by the progress report of the research at the end of academic year. The students who; - having enough knowledge and power to promote excellent clinical study are evaluated as A, - can achieve objectives by themselves are evaluated as B or upper grade, - mostly fulfill the aim of the PhD research under the guidance of supervisor are evaluated as B or upper grades |

Lectuer 100% Discussion with students each other and supervisor to understand the relationships with EBM and clinical study, designs of clinical studies, ethical guidelines for clinical studies and related investigations and procedures needed to carry out basic research using clinical samples from patients. Exert yourself to have technical knowledge, and to improve communication skills. |
