| 授業概要 Course Overview |
ティーチング・フェローとして、研究指導教員に協力し、担当する科目の目標、学習内容、評価基準の作成、授業と試験問題の作成・採点の補助を行う。研究指導教員が担当している学類または修士課程専攻の科目が、当該教育組織の人材養成の目的の中で、どのような役割を担っているかを理解し科目教育に必要な技能を修得し、教育の組織的展開の意義を理解する。 教育のあり方についての理解、教育改善の推進に貢献する知識、教員としての技、態度等を修得したかについて評価を受ける。 |
In this subject, students firstly need to understand i) the objectives of the student education of this Doctoral Program, and ii) the role of each course toward achieving the objectives. Then, the students will join in iii) preparing the syllabus of a certain course together with supervisors, iv) give lecture in the course, and v) evaluate participants in the course. The students will be evaluated by the participants of the course which you will join in. |

研究指導教員が担当している学類または修士課程専攻の科目が、当該教育組織の人材養成の目的の中で、どのような役割を担っているかを理解し、当該科目のシラバスの作成に参加し、講義と評価の一部を担当し、科目教育に必要な技能を修得し、教育の組織的展開の意義を理解する。 １. 担当する教育組織の人材養成の目的を説明できる。 ２. FD研修会を受講し、教育能力の向上に努めることができる。 ３. 担当する科目に求められている役割を理解してシラバスを作成することができる。 ４. 双方向型学習や情報通信技術の導入などの教育方法の改善を実施することができる。 ５. 学習成果の適切な評価方法を選択し、評価を実施することができる。 ６. 自己評価ならびに学生からの評価により、教育方法を改善することができる。 |
Through the activities descried in ‘Outline’, students will learn the skills required for the education in the course, and the significances of the education at undergraduate or master’s program. 1. To be able to explain the aim of student education at undergraduate or master’s program, 2. To become able to make self-development of education skill through participation in FD. 3. To be able to prepare syllabus with understanding of the aim of the course 4. To be able to improve education methods by introducing new approaches such as interactive learning system and information technologies. 5. To be able to evaluate the outcome of the study by applying appropriate criteria for evaluation. 6. To be able to improve your education skills in accordance with the evaluations by participants and also by your self-evaluation. |

どのような教育が求められているかを理解し、シラバスを作成し、工夫して教育を実践し、適切な評価を行い、不断に教育能力の向上に努める姿勢をもつことについて、学習内容をポートフォリオにして提出させ、研究指導教員を含む３名の教員により総合評価を行う。 研究指導教員の指導に従って、教育を分担する技能を習得したと判断されれば合格（C以上）とする。積極的に教育改善に努力し、担当した科目の教育を企画・運営する能力を習得したと判断されればB以上とする。我が国における教育のあり方を十分理解し、教育改善の推進に貢献する知識、技能、態度を習得したと判断されればAと評価する。特に優れたもの（上位10%）はA+と評価する。 |
The students will be evaluated by portfolios, reporting their understanding on the education required in the undergraduate or master’s program, their attitude towards continuous self-development of education skills, the syllabi they made, the contents of their lectures, and the quality of evaluation they made. This portfolio will be evaluated by three faculty members including your supervisor. - A grade to the students who learned how the education in Japan should be, and acquired the knowledge, skills, and attitude to contribute to the improvement of the quality of education. Those showed exceptional performance are graded A+ (top 10%). - B grade to students who made efforts to improve the quality of education, and acquired the ability to organize the course in charge. - C grade to students who acquired the skills to take part in education under the supervisors’ guidance. |
