授業概要 Course overview |
Psychiatric research for evaluation and support system for marginal fields of psychiatry, such as hikikomori, non-school attendance, child abuse, domestic violence, and addiction. | Read critically the original papers, plan original research projects with social significance. Acquire a clinical eye and a high degree of ethics to give appropriate consideration to individual cases. | Learn the principles and methods of collecting and analyzing clinical data related to mental health and the techniques of case interviewing from practice. Understand research objectives and methods from a clinical perspective, and discuss the significance and problems of data collection and analysis conducted by the students themselves. |

1.Be able to explain the mechanisms and assessment of psychological trauma and stress. 2. Describe psychological development and crisis and appropriate intervention. 3. Be able to explain the basic theories and methods for mental health care, including psychotherapy, group therapy, and family therapy. 4.Conduct a data-based analysis of the current situation of people with mental disabilities, the support system, and the state of community care, and discuss issues related to the current situation. |
1. Select and collect important literature related to his/her area of interest from the most recent original papers. 2.To be able to understand and summarize the collected papers and explain the limitations of prior research to other students. 3. Extract disparate themes from papers in multiple related areas and deriving new ideas and themes. |
1. Be able to develop an appropriate questionnaire for a problem area of interest, understand the basic methods of data collection and analysis, and derive meaningful results. 2. Be able to build relationships of mutual trust with problematic cases and conduct appropriate interviews to hear the necessary information. 3. Students are evaluated by the achievement of the objectives listed in the SBO. - Good achieved under supervision in the SBOs 1 and 2: Pass (C). - Good achieved under supervision in the SBOs 1 - 3, and actively conducted SBO 4: Pass (B). SBOs 1 - 3 will be evaluated based on a brief report in terms of presentation and dicsussion. - Excellent achievement in SBOs 1-4, and good achievement in SBOs 5-7: (A) - Outstanding achievement with enough evidence in all SBOs : Pass (A+) |
