The best catheter configuration in term of electrode size and interelectrode spacing for detection of the abnormal Purkinje potentials involved in reentrant fascicular ventricular tachycardia has not been determined yet. In this study, we found that small size electrode (1 mm) arranged in a relatively wide spacing (8 mm) is ideal for detection of the abnormal Purkinje potentials compared to other electrode configuration (1mm size and 2 mm spacing).
