1)Academic goals
The academic goal of the Doctoral Program in Nursing Sciences is to foster world-class leaders in the fields of clinical practice, management, education, research and administration who not only possess specialized knowledge and skills in nursing, but also have the ability to verifying nursing practice using a highly studious mind, and also have the ability to develop new skills in nursing and new methods of education and research based not only on specialized area in nursing, but also on interdisciplinary and scientific perspectives.
2)Applicants expected
Applicants expected are: students who seek to obtain skills for systemizing methods of education and research, which are the basis of creation of new knowledge and technical development for the next generation, by utilizing the abilities of nursing practice and research, which was developed in the Master program; as well as students who aim at becoming educators, researchers, nurses and managers in skilled clinical nursing as a bridge between practice and theory.
3)Basic policy for entrance examinations
Applicants' qualities and abilities to study in the Doctorial Program in Nursing Sciences will be evaluated based on examinations as well as submitted documents, written and oral tests of knowledge on English and nursing sciences.
4)Schedule of entrance examinations
Students entering the Doctor's program in April in the next academic year are required to take the entrance tests in August.
