授業概要 GIO(Study Subjects)	海外の研究者と研究に関して議論し、自身の研究に生かすことを目的とする。また、英語による実習指導を通して教育方法を学び、国際的に通用する教育研究者になることを目標とする。	The goals are to acquire the ability to discuss research studies with international researchers and make the best use of one’s research. Further goals are to learn educational methods via practical guidance and become an internationally recognized educational researcher.
授業の到達目標（学修成果） SBO(Specific Behavior Objectives	1. 自身の研究内容および成果について英語で説明することができる。 2. 研究に関して海外の研究者と議論することができる。 3. 英語による実習指導を行い、自身の教育研究に生かすことができる。	Students will be able to do the following: 1. Describe in English the contents and results of their research. 2. Discuss research with international researchers. 3. Practice teaching in English and utilize it for their educational research.

【単位取得要件】 Levels for credit needed	海外の研修に参加するかあるいは海外実習を実施し、レポートを提出する（必須）	Participate in overseas research or carry our practical training abroad and submit a report (Required)
成績評価方法 Grading Phylosophy	・行動目標の１と２または３について平常点として評価し、概ねできていればＣ以上と判定する。 ・行動目標の1と２または３について積極的に行っていると判断されればＢ以上と判定する。 ・行動目標１と２または３について、優れていると判断されればAと判定する。 ・行動目標１～３について、特に優れていると判断されればA+と判定する。	・If the student generally performs the SBOs 1 and 2 or 3 on an on-going basis, it will be awarded a C or above. ・If the student actively engages in the SBOs 1 and 2 or 3, it will be awarded a B or above. ・If the student achieves the SBOs 1 and 2 or 3, and is excellent, s/he will be awarded an A. ・If the student achieves the SBOs 1 and 2 or 3, and is particularly excellent, s/he will be awarded an A+.
学修時間の割り当て及び授業外における学修方法 Learning method	実習　100％ 自身の研究を国際的に通用するものとするために必要な論文を常に探索し、内容に関する討論を教員や学生同士で英語にて行う。	Practice 100%. Constantly search for essential research papers, conduct discussions of the contents with faculty and fellow students, and learn about presentation methods in English to facilitate acceptance of research in an international context.
