授業概要 Course Overview	企業等のインターンシップに参加し、就業意識と実務能力を向上させるとともに、社会が医学分野の博士人材に求めている役割について理解する。訪問企業や分野等に関する事前調査内容と、就業体験内容をレポートにまとめ、社会が医科学に求めている役割と自己の個性・適性について考え、キャリア・パス形成につなげる。IとIIは異なるインターンシップに参加する。	The goal of this course for students is to bulid up work conciousness and business ability, and to understand future roles expected for PhD students in Medical field.

授業の到達目標（学修成果） Course Objectives (Learning Outcomes) ←SBO(Specific Behavior Objectives	企業等のインターンシップにおいて就業意識と実務能力を向上させると共に社会が医学分野の博士人材に求めている役割について理解する。 １. 就業体験を通して得た知識と理解をまとめその意義を考察することができる。 ２. 就業体験を通して自己の特性について考え、キャリア・パス構築に活かすことができる。	Students will acquire knowledge and skills for professional jobs through the internship in company etc, and understand what is required for PhD candidate in medical field by the society. 1. To be able to summarize the knowledges obtained by the internship and consider their significance. 2. To be able to find their own characteristics through the experience and design the appropriate carrier path.

授業計画 Course Schedule 第1回（月日、時限）担当教員名　講義内容など	自ら企業等のインターンシップへの参加を計画し、参加する。	Students will search for internship opportunity, and participate it.
履修条件Course Prerequisites	なし	None
成績評価方法 Grading Phylosophy	企業等のインターンシップに参加し、参加証明書類及びレポートを提出する（必須） 到達目標の１について概ねできていればＣ以上と判定する。 到達目標の１、２について概ねできていればＢ以上と判定する。 到達目標の１、２について優れていると判断されればＡと判定する。 到達目標の１、２について特に優れていると判断されればＡ＋と判定する。	Participate in internship, submit a certificate of internship and a report (Required). ・If the student generally performs the Course Objective 1, it will be awarded a C or above. ・If the student generally performs the Course Objectives 1 and 2, it will be awarded a B or above. ・If the student achieves the Course Objectives, and is excellent, s/he will be awarded an A. ・If the student achieves the Course Objectives, and is particularly excellent, s/he will be awarded an A+.
学修時間の割り当て及び授業外における学修方法 Learning method, Out-of-class learning	演習（インターンシップ）100％ 授業外における学修方法：訪問企業等に関してあらかじめ調査し、就業体験内容に関して自己学習し、キャリアデザインを考察する。	Training (Internship) 100% Research about company etc. to visit in advance. Experience must be follwed by self-study on related fields, and consideration for the carrier design.
