    2nd International Symposium at the University of Tsukuba, organized by "Young Initiative Program"

     The "Initiative for the Promotion of Young Scientists' Independent Research" program at the University of Tsukuba presents an international symposium on November 18 - 19, 2009, on the theme of Cellular Signaling. Please take note of the following times and dates for registration and abstract submission.

    This symposium will consists of 11 invited talks presented by internatinally renowned scientists working in the field of signal tranduction. Guest speakers will discuss their work in relation to the most recent advances in cellular biology. Both oral and poster presentation will be made in English. Posters will be on display in a room adjacent to the meeting hall throughout the symposium, and will be discussed on the morning of the second day.

    Researchers and graduate students working in the firld of signal transduction/cellular biology are encouraged to attend and present their latest findings. Young scientists (postdoctoral fellows and graduate students) are especially welcome.

    Abstract Submission Form can be downloaded here. Theis form should be sent to "h.hasegawa@md.tsukuba.ac.jp" as an e-mail attachment. Attendees not wishing to make a presentation are also welcome to attend the meeting.
