演題募集｜Call for abstracts

下記の要領で演題（口頭発表/ポスター発表）を募集いたします。
特に、ポスドク・学生の方は「研究奨励賞」を設けていますので、奮ってお申し込みください

We are Calling for oral and poster presentation. In particular, all the postdoctoral fellows and students are encouraged to apply fo the "Young Investigator Award" .


演題登録期間｜Abstract submission period

多数のお申し込みありがとうございました。

演題申込と抄録提出の両方が必要です。
まずは演題申込フォームから必要事項を記入のうえお申込みください。
その後、抄録原稿作成要領に従って原稿を作成し、事務局へ提出してください。

There are two steps: Application for presentation and Abstract submission.

演題申込締切:　2022年12月9日（金） 12月16日（金）まで延長しました。

発表形式｜Presentation Style

・口演かポスターをお選びください。ただし、ご希望に添えない場合があります。最終的な発表形式は大会組織委員会にご一任ください。
Please select your preference for an oral or poster. Please note that your requests for oral or poster presentations may be changed while editing of the presentation program.

・使用言語は日本語または英語とします。
The language used is Japanese or English.

口頭発表
Oral presentation		 発表時間：1題10分（発表7分/質疑応答2分/入替1分）
Presentation: 10 min for presentation and 2 min for Q&A
ポスター発表
Poster presentation		 ポスター発表はコアタイム制とします。発表者は、コアタイム中は掲示ポスターの前で待機し、発表・質疑応答を進めていただきます。コアタイムは30分間です。
Stand by your poster during the core time about 30 minutes.

演題登録｜How to Submit Abstracts

  1. 演題申込フォーム　Application form
    ・下記の「演題申込フォーム」に必要事項を入力のうえ演題をご登録ください。
    ・Please click the "Application for presentation" below, fill out the form, and click the [送信］（＝submit）button.

     

  2. 抄録原稿作成要領　Abstract template
    ・下記の「抄録原稿テンプレート」をダウンロードし、PDFに変換のうえ事務局へメール添付でお送りください。
    ・事務局では、登録された原稿の誤字・脱字等の校正・訂正は行いません。お送りいただいたPDF原稿をそのまま予稿集に掲載しますので、登録者の責任において確認してください。

    ・Please download the abstract template (English) by clicking the button below. Before submission, the abstract must be converted to PDF format.
    ・Submitted abstracts will not be edited or proof-read before printing. The first presenting auther is responsible for the accracy of the abstract.

発表通知｜Notification of presentation

・発表要領（発表形式・時間）は2023年1月上旬に大会ホームページでお知らせします。
・The announcement of presentation guideline (presentation style and Presentation time) shall be informed on the Conference website in the early January 2023.
