◯ Outcome of the course
　　　I belonged to Graduate Institute of Immunology, Dr. Miaw's laboratory, for a week and did experiment about c-Maf in Taiwan. We already know that c-maf mutation cause change in the production of interleukin involved in inflammation, but nobody know Why dose c-Maf mutation cause change in the interleukin production. So, I observed to change of c-Maf protein stability by stimulating with cyclohexeximideand doing Western Blotting. I used c-Maf wild type and 4 types of c-Maf mutation. I could not detect Wild type c-Maf and 2 types c-Maf mutation, but I got data about 2 types c-Maf mutation. I regretted that I could not enough discussion about my data because my TA went some conference.

◯ Experience in a foreign country
　　　I got bewildered in unfamiliar environments because this is my first time experience to talk in English every time and explain about method and background of experience in English.
　　　However, I fueled that the most important thing is that if I didn't know how to say in English or I could not understand something, I tried to tell other people what I want to say or what I want to know.
　　　In addition,　TAs took us various place on holidays and I got good chance to know about Taiwan.

◯ Content of the Shot-term Visit Program
　　　I did experiments in laboratory for a week and had lecture and practice, but I fueled experiment time was shorter. I want to do experiment in laboratory longer time.
　　　In addition, I already knew and did many lecture and practice because when I had been undergraduate student, I had lecture about those.　However, it was good that we made teams with National Taiwan University students and international students.

◯ Influence on your future career
　　　I don't have motivation to go abroad to study unless otherwise got chance until this time. However, I knew meaning to go abroad to study through my experience in Taiwan. In future, I should think about my studying and working deeply not only in internal but also in abroad. In addition, I realized again that my English ability again is not enough, so I have to study English more　even if I advance to what kind of field.

◯ Other
　　　As mentioned above, we had better to do experiment more time and stay a stuation which we can discuss enough about our result.
